Elena Kagan (and other liberals) should read the Constitution again, specifically Article II Section 8, and more than just Clause 3. And it wouldn’t hurt to take a look at the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, while she’s as it.

Check this out!
For those that don’t know, this is the F-35 Lightning II, a Joint Strike Fighter developed by Lockheed Martin. Apparently, this is the first video of the JSF hovering, which is a little hard to believe considering how long it’s been in development.
Clearly, the coolest thing about it is the STOVL capabilities on one of the models. And, on top of that, it’s a stealth fighter, too.
And it’s Aetherswift’s favorite jet. That’s probably one of the best things about it.
