Obama is coming to Dallas
Seriously? Obama is coming to Dallas.
Sen. John Cornyn says that he’s “just using Texas for an ATM machine,” and though he has just said “automatic teller machine machine,” apparently there is truth in this. President Obama is here for a fundraising event. For Texas Democrats? Nope. For Democrats in California, Nevada, and other non-Texas states.
He’s also going to the University of Texas at Austin, which is not surprising, but also kind of humorous. It’s just another facet of the UT and Texas A&M rivalry.
I know he’s the President and everything, but something about him showin’ his face in Texas kinda rubs me the wrong way.
